What we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us, or that is needed to answer your enquiry:
- Contact details: full name, business email address, phone number.
- Business details: company name, job title, business address, number of users or devices.
- Your request: the service or product you are interested in (for example Microsoft 365 licences, antivirus licences, ERP/CRM, IT support), your timeline and any message you send us.
- Technical details: basic information your browser sends when you visit our website, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the website working.
Sources of information
- Our website forms, such as “Get in Touch”.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms. When you submit one of our instant forms, Meta Platforms passes the details you entered to us. Meta’s own handling of your data is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.
- Direct contact by email, phone, WhatsApp or in person.

Your information is handled by authorised ZMPL staff only. We share it with others only when needed to serve you:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email delivery and business software providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Technology partners and authorised distributors (for example Microsoft or Kaspersky distributors) when you order a licence through us, limited to what is needed to process the order.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Some providers may store data outside Pakistan. Where this happens we use reputable providers that apply appropriate security measures.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become business are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer and invoice records are kept for as long as Pakistani tax and company law requires.
How we protect it
We use access controls, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted backups and regular security monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and act quickly if a problem occurs.
